GENERAL INFORMATION
The Iowa Quilters Guild, Inc. was organized
as a non-profit organization in August of 1979. The purpose of this
organization is to promote the art of quilting.
NEW
PROJECT
The Iowa Quilters Guild is starting a new
initiative to document all of the different quilting groups in the
state of Iowa. We will be compiling a list of the names and towns
of all of these different groups. Are you a small group or bee?
Are you an incorporated guild with many members? How often and where
do you meet? The quilting groups in Iowa have grown over the years
as interest in quilting was revived in the bicentennial year of
1976. Iowa Quilters Guild would like to document these changes and
offer your group a membership to Iowa Quilters Guild. Membership
applications for groups or individuals can be found in the Membership
tab to the left along with other information on the benefits of
having your group join the Iowa Quilters Guild.
